Elvish Yadav sparks fresh controversy, Jaipur Police’s working style under scrutiny

New Delhi: Controversial YouTuber Elvish Yadav is once again making headlines. The Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 winner is now trending due to one of his recent visits to Jaipur, which he highlighted in his latest vlog. In the video, he can be seen roaming the city with a police escort. As soon as the visuals went viral on social media, questions began to be raised about the working style of Jaipur Police.

According to a TV9Hindi report, the big question is: On whose instructions was Elvish provided a police escort in Jaipur? Former Congress minister Pratap Singh Khachariyavas’ son, named Krishnavardhan Singh, was also seen with YouTuber Elvish in the video.

For the unversed, Elvish came to Jaipur’s Sambhar area for the shooting of his new song. During his visit, Elvish shot vlog videos showing a Jaipur Police Chetak vehicle escorting him to his hotel. The YouTuber was provided police security in the Jawahar Circle area and on his way to Sambhar. In the morning, as he left for Sambhar, a police car can be seen escorting his vehicle.

Elvish out on bail under NDPS Act

Following the release of this video, serious questions are being raised about the Jaipur Police’s working style. Doubts are being raised by social media users on the behaviour of the cops and the basis on which Elvish’s vehicle was provided security. It is to be noted that in 2023, Elvish Yadav and Krishnavardhan Singh caused massive traffic jams on Jaipur streets by stopping their car without prior notice.

Elvish has been involved in multiple controversies after emerging victorious in the controversial reality show hosted by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. He has been accused of smuggling snakes and using their venom at rave parties. Currently out on bail under the NDPS Act, Elvish was arrested by Noida Police on March 17, 2024, and spent six days in jail.
