YRKKH written update [16 January 2025]: Abhira in danger – will Armaan rescue her?

YRKKH written update: The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, scheduled to air on January 16, 2025, begins with Armaan talking about an accident case in class. Abhira warns him to be careful while speaking about it. Armaan asks her to behave in class. He then calls her to the whiteboard and to write until he asks her to stop. Abhira feels humiliated while Armaan warns students to focus on their studies unless they want a punishment like Abhira.

On the other hand, Abhir suspects that he is speaking to Kiara instead of Charu. Krish finds out that Kiara is chatting with Abhir despite the warnings against it. He attempts to explain to Kiara that she is not a good match for Abhir. Kiara refuses to listen but asks him to keep this a secret between them. But, Krish continues to worry for Kiara.

At the class, Armaan asks Abhira to continue until he asks her to stop. She obliges while Armaan watches her. At the Goenka house, Manish worries about Abhira. He calls Ruhi to inquire about Abhira’s whereabouts. But, Ruhi states that she does not know. Later, Abhira accidentally gets locked in the room and tries to find a way out.

The Goenkas worry for Abhira as she is yet to return home. Abhir calls Armaan to ask about Abhira’s whereabouts. On the other hand, Armaan reaches home and finds Vidya sleeping on the floor. Armaan ignores Abhir’s call and gets angry for calling constantly. He picks up in anger and learns that Abhira has not reached home yet.

Armaan believes that Abhira did not stop writing because of his punishment. He rushes to the college to look for her. Vidya learns that Armaan went after Abhira while Kaveri and Sanjay think that Armaan is away from her for good. Armaan looks for Abhira at the college while Ruhi and Abhir reach the college. Armaan gets a call informing him about Vidya’s worsening health. Vidya seems to have been asking Kaveri to not send her to jail. Armaan runs back home to Vidya while Abhir and Ruhi look for Abhira.

Abhira regains consciousness and looks for Armaan. Soon, Ruhi finds her and reminds her that Armaan humiliated her in front of the class. Abhira believes that she saw Armaan looking for her, but Abhir informs her that Armaan ignored her despite knowing that she was missing. At the Poddar house, Rohit asks Armaan if Vidya would be terrified of Abhira forever. He requests Armaan to do something about this situation.

Charu and Krish discuss Armaan and Abira’s divorce. Charu informs Krish that they have yet to file for divorce, so she is hopeful that they’ll get back together. Armaan overhears their conversation.
