In 2018, Sanjay Dutt was shocked to learn that a die-hard fan, Nisha Patil left all her property to the actor. That’s right, Nisha named her assets, valued at Rs 72 crore to Sanjay Dutt. Nisha Patil was a 62-year-old housewife from Mumbai. According to online sources, it is said that Nisha battled a terminal illness and instructed her bank, after her death, to transfer all her property to Sanjay Dutt.

When the police informed Sanjay Dutt, the actor was stunned and flattered but refused to accept it. Despite appreciating Nisha’s gesture, Sanjay Dutt clarified that he does not know the fan personally and cannot accept the massive gift. The actor’s lawyer confirmed that he will not be claiming the Rs 72 crore property and would follow legal procedures to return it all back to the fan’s family.

While speaking about this incident, Sanjay Dutt said, “I will not be claiming anything. I did not know Nisha and I am very overwhelmed by the entire incident to speak about it.”

On the work front, Sanjay Dutt’s next project is Baaghi 4 alongside Tiger Shroff. The highly-anticipated action-thriller is reportedly expected to hit the cinemas on September 5, 2025
