Shah Rukh Khan rents two duplex apartments, cost will leave you stunned! Know deets

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly rented two duplex apartments in Mumbai. It is being said that the properties are located in the posh Pali Hill locality of the Maharashtrian city.

According to PTI, data analytics firm Zapkey has accessed and reviewed the leave and license agreements. It is to be noted that the documents were registered on Friday (February 14, 2025).

For the unversed, the two duplex apartments rented by the 59-year-old actor in the building named Puja Casa are situated in Pali Hill, Khar, Mumbai. The total rent for both apartments is said to be Rs 2.9 crore per year or Rs 24.15 lakh per month. Now, that is huge! Isn’t it?

You will be amazed to know that SRK has rented one duplex apartment from Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, who is Jackky’s elder sister. The landlord of the other flat is believed to be Jackky Bhagnani himself. Zapkey further stated that the rental agreements are for 36 months.

Shah Rukh next project

On the professional front, Shah Rukh will next be seen on the silver screen in King. The upcoming project is being directed by blockbuster filmmaker Siddharth Anand. The duo previously collaborated on Pathaan. If social media buzz is to be believed, Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan are also a part of the much-awaited film. However, there is no official confirmation about the same yet.

Shah Rukh was last seen in cinemas in Dunki. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial was based on the illegal immigration technique called donkey flight. It also featured Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani and Vikram Kochhar in pivotal roles. The comedy-drama opened to mixed-to-positive reviews in December 2023. The flick also starred Vicky Kaushal in an extended cameo appearance.
