Saif Ali Khan spotted with neck bandage in new PIC with son Ibrahim

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is recovering from his injuries after being attacked by an intruder inside his Mumbai home on 16 January. Days after returning home from Lilavati Hospital, the actor was seen smiling and posing with his son, Ibrahim Ali Khan. The picture was shared on Instagram by fashion designer Davi Bains-Gill.

Saif Ali Khan underwent two major surgeries—neurosurgery and plastic surgery—after being stabbed multiple times by the attacker. The accused was arrested three days after the attack and has been placed in judicial custody for 14 days following 10 days in police custody.

Saif Ali Khan’s Picture Goes Viral

In the picture shared by fashion designer Davi Bains-Gill on Instagram, Saif Ali Khan is seen smiling at the camera, accompanied by Ibrahim Ali Khan and Gill. She captioned the post, “Caught up over lunch with the Khans!” A white bandage was also visible on Saif’s neck. Though his movement is restricted, he has been moving around under high security. However, his wounds have not fully healed, as evidenced by the bandage on his neck.

Ibrahim Ali Khan’s Bollywood Debut

On Wednesday (29 January), filmmaker Karan Johar shared a series of pictures of Saif and Amrita Singh’s son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, on Instagram, announcing that the star kid is making his Bollywood debut with a film under Dharma Productions. According to sources, Saif and Ibrahim arranged a special lunch with fashion designer Davi Bains-Gill to celebrate the occasion.

Saif Ali Khan Attack Case Update

Saif Ali Khan’s attacker, Shariful Islam Shehzad, has been arrested. According to Mumbai Police, he is a Bangladeshi national who illegally entered India and had been living under the fake name Bijoy Das. Police have also recorded the statement of the woman whose Aadhaar card was used by the accused to buy a SIM card.

Meanwhile, according to a The Times of India report, Kareena Kapoor’s team recently met with paparazzi and requested that they refrain from photographing Taimur and Jeh. They also urged photographers not to gather outside their home due to heightened security concerns. Reportedly, a police constable has also been assigned to Kareena’s security team.
