Saif Ali Khan attack news LIVE: Actor out of danger, issues statement after surgery

New Delhi: Renowned Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan sustained multiple injuries after an intruder attacked him with a knife at his Mumbai residence. The shocking incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday (January 16, 2025).

The 54-year-old star was immediately to the Lilavati Hospital for a medical procedure following the incident. Medical facility’s COO Dr Niraj Uttamani was quoted as saying in a statement that Saif was stabbed by an unidentified person at his Bandra home and brought to the hospital at 3.30 am.

A police official, based on initial information, reportedly stated that an unidentified person entered Saif’s house and both of them engaged in a scuffle. It is also being said that Some family members of the actor were present in the house at the time of the incident.
