On-set tragedy: Adult actress Anna Polly dies after fatal fall from Brazilian hotel balcony

New Delhi: Anna Beatrix Pereira, best known as Anna Polly, an OnlyFans adult star is no more. The model reportedly fell to her death at the four-star Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguaçu, Rio de Janeiro on January 23, 2025. Media reports suggest that the 27-year-old adult star’s fatal flaw happened on-set when she was filming explicit content featuring two other people.

The police are currently digging deeper into the case. While this might seem like an accident at a glance, the authorities have reportedly not ruled out the possibility of foul play. Here is what we have gathered so far.

According to a report by the US Sun, the model was filming with two men, who were questioned and revealed conflicting accounts of the story. However, they have now been released but are still under possible suspicion. Anna Polly’s boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, who was not present at the scene, took to his social media to express his pain regarding his massive loss. “As the hours pass it’s starting to sink in and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger, If someone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will be found,” he wrote.

As for the investigation, the report states that the authorities have ordered an autopsy to determine what the exact cause of death was. Further, the police have also been reviewing CCTV footage of the crime scene to determine facts, but no arrests have been made so far. A report from The Mirror states that the authorities have already interrogated the staff and will examine Anna’s mobile for further clues. It seems that Anna died on impact as her boyfriend, Pedro claimed that she ‘died in the fall’ and that there was ‘no time to save her’. Only the post-mortem reports will be able to prove these claims.
