It’s official! Tabu and Akshay Kumar to team up for horror comedy Bhoot Bangla

New Delhi: Tabu is one of the most respected actresses in Indian cinema. After her role in Dune: Prophecy, Tabu has been making waves on a global scale. Announcing her next project, the actress took to Instagram to confirm that she will be starring in the horror comedy Bhoot Bangla alongside Akshay Kumar.

This will mark Tabu’s reunion with the director Priyadarshan. The actor-director duo have worked on films such as Virasat, Heri Pheri, Snegithiye, and Raakilipattu. Not only this, Tabu will also reunite with Akshay Kumar, her co-star in the cult-classic comedy heist film Hera Pheri. Here is everything you need to know.

After her appearance in Golmaal Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 Tabu will be making a return to the horror-comedy genre with this upcoming film. Taking to Instagram, Tabu shared a picture of a clapboard that read, “Balaji Telefilms Ltd Presents Bhooth Bangla”.

The shooting for Bhoot Bangla is currently in full motion. Fans have been particularly excited to see Akshay Kumar return to the horror-comedy genre after his hit film Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
