Between songs, the 33-year-old singer got candid about his love for India. “Every time I toured India, I only played in Mumbai. This time, I said, ‘Let’s play everywhere except Mumbai,’” he joked, much to the crowd’s delight. And he meant it! His Mathematics Tour to India began in Pune on January 30, followed by stops in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Shillong before landing in Delhi.

When a fan fainted in the crowd, he immediately paused his performance of Happier, calling for security to check on them before resuming.

As the concert neared its end, Ed saved the best for last. Perfect had the crowd swaying, but the real explosion came with Shape of You. The second those iconic beats dropped, Gurugram turned into a giant karaoke party, with thousands singing along.
