New Delhi: Actor Aman Verma and his wife Vandana Lalwani have reportedly decided to part ways after nearly a decade together. According to fresh reports, the couple has already begun divorce proceedings, ending what many believed to be a solid marriage.

A report by The Times of India reveals that despite their prolonged efforts to mend their differences, Aman and Vandana have struggled to resolve deep-seated issues in their marriage. Insiders claim that the couple tried their best to reconcile, even considering starting a family, but their differences proved too difficult to bridge.

“There have been issues between them for a while now. Despite their efforts to resolve their differences, things didn’t improve. They even planned to start a family, but their differences became too deep to reconcile. It was Vandana who decided to file for divorce,” a source told the media outlet. Another source told News9Live that the paperwork for the couple’s divorce is ongoing and Aman has refused to comment on the matter.

Aman and Vandana’s love story started in 2014 on the sets of Hum Ne Li Hai – Shapath, where they first met. Their chemistry quickly blossomed into something deeper, leading to an engagement in 2015 and a wedding in 2016.

Back in happier times, Aman spoke candidly about his marriage in an interview with The Times of India, saying, “Marriage has changed me as a person. I am calmer and do not see any situation with the aggression that I used to before. Also, for me, marriage was a big step because I lived alone for many years and had decided that if I do get married, it will only be when I find the right person. It has been six years now, and I have no complaints. I am enjoying life with Vandana.” While the couple has yet to make an official statement, the buzz surrounding their split continues to grow.

On the professional front, Aman Verma has appeared in multiple Bollywood movies including Baghban, Jaan E Man, Baabul, Dosti and Tees Maar Khan. He has also hosted some popular reality shows including Indian Idol, Khullja Sim Sim and India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj.
