New Delhi: Every year, the makers of Bigg Boss construct a stunning house with aesthetic interiors and amenities where contestants reside for days. But did you know that after the show ends every year, the house is dismantled? Yes, you read it right! After the show ends, the items are returned and the lavish Bigg Boss house is dismantled.
According to the TV9 Hindi report, all the items inside the controversial house are on rent including the cameras and hence, they are returned when the show ends every year. Bigg Boss house to get demolished

One of the highlights of Bigg Boss is its opulent house, where contestants reside during the course of the game. Every year, it is also rebuilt as per the reality show’s theme, grabbing eyeballs. Before it is demolished, the makers return the items from the house. As per the TV9 Hindi report, it takes around 2 months to build the house but only 15 days to demolish it. The report also stated that dismantling the Bigg Boss house is quite expensive and costs around Rs 3 crore to 3.5 crore. As per Dainik Bhaskar, around 30 to 40 trucks are called to transport all the items from the house.

Bigg Boss 18 house to be demolished

The latest concluded season of Bigg Boss also had a stunning house comprising a pool area, garden area, and living room, among other amenities. This year, the house was larger compared to the previous one, and demolishing it would be a task. Under the supervision of the art director Omung Kumar, all the pillars of the Bigg Boss 18 house are being removed and dismantled. The remaining material will be used for the next season to construct a new house.

Gym equipment from Salman Khan

For the unversed, all the sofa chairs, TV, and other furniture in the house are also rented, and the rental cost is so high that it could cover the cost of building an entire set for a TV show. Meanwhile, the gym equipment in the house is provided by Salman Khan at no cost.
