Who is Zahan Kapoor?

Born in March 1992, Zahan Kapoor is the son of Kunal Kapoor and Sheena Sippy. He carries the Kapoor legacy with pride but also boasts an impressive maternal lineage. His maternal grandfather is none other than Ramesh Sippy, the iconic director behind Sholay. On his mother’s side, he is also the grandnephew of British television star Felicity Kendal.

Zahan isn’t just a trained actor; he’s also a skilled polo player. The actor’s roots in theatre have shaped his thoughtful approach to acting. He debuted in 2019 with Pitaji Please, a play by Makarand Deshpande that ran successfully at Mumbai’s Prithvi Theatre.
