Squid Game Season 3 is coming soon! Netflix surprises fans with release date

New Delhi: Squid Game took the world by storm upon its release in 2021. Fans were over the moon with Squid Game Season 2’s release on December 26, 2024. However, the most common complaint among fans about the sequel was its abrupt ending. But, it is to be noted that the show’s seasons two and three were filmed back-to-back.

Not making the fans wait longer than necessary, Netflix has finally announced the Squid Game Season 3 release date across its social media platforms on January 30, 2025. Here is everything you need to know.

Squid Game Season 3 release date

After the events of Squid Game Season 2, fans have been eagerly waiting for the next season to know Seong Gi-hun’s fate. Well, the wait is now over! Netflix took to its Instagram to give fans the big news. The brand-new Squid Game Season 3 poster features a pink-clad guard dragging a dead player into a coffin decorated with a bow. The final game is on as Squid Game Season 3 is set to release on Netflix on June 27, 2025.
