New Delhi: Maha Kumbh fame Monalisa Bhosle is reportedly making her Bollywood debut with Sanoj Mishra’s The Diary of Manipur. However, in a recent interview, Jitendra Narayan Singh Tyagi, the ex-chairman of the Shia Waqf Board of Uttar Pradesh, made serious allegations against Sanoj Mishra.

He further added, “I feel sorry for Monalisa and her family; they are innocent people. They didn’t even look into Sanoj’s background before trusting him. Now they have handed their daughter over to him.”

He added that Mishra is known for “drinking excessively and reportedly harassing women. He added that several women in Uttar Pradesh have complained about him pressuring them into “unethical work” in Mumbai. He also said that he doubts the future of Monalisa as The Manipur Diaries has no funding or resources, claiming that the film will never be made as Sanoj is “only using her innocence for his own advantage”.

He also shared, “I have worked with him too and suffered losses.”

He also hinted at past troubles, saying that certain people have wronged him and even went to the extent of attempting to harm him during the shooting of, The Diary of West Bengal.
