Rashmika Mandanna reveals the BIG sacrifice she made for her career in cinema

As per tv9telugu, in an interview, Rashmika revealed that she has sacrificed time with her family to achieve success in films. “I have compromised myself by focusing on films without giving time to my family,” she added.

Rashmika’s rise to fame

Rashmika first rose to fame in 2016 with Rishab Shetty’s Kirik Party. The romantic drama turned out to be a commercial success and one of the highest-grossing Kannada films upon its release. Since then, there has been no looking back for her. Rashmika has consistently delivered entertaining performances on the silver screen, multiplying her fan base across the country.

A career-defining moment for Rashmika came in 2021 with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise. The action drama, produced by Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with Muttamsetty Media, emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of the year. She also starred as the female lead in Ranbir Kapoor’s blockbuster Animal. Now, she is set to make waves at the Box Office once again, this time as Maharani Yesubai in Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava. The historical film is slated to release in cinemas on February 14, 2025, coinciding with Valentine’s Day. Excited much?
