New Delhi: Ram Charan’s much-anticipated film Game Changer hit the big screens on January 10, but the political action drama failed to live up to expectations at the box office. Despite the pre-release hype, the movie received mixed reviews and underperformed financially. Now, reports suggest that the RRR star is considering a pay cut for his next collaboration with producer Dil Raju.

According to India Today, Ram Charan is likely to lower his remuneration for an upcoming project with Dil Raju. While the exact figure hasn’t been disclosed, it is believed the decision is aimed at curbing the financial losses incurred by Game Changer. However, these are still speculations and an official confirmation is awaited.

Made on a colossal budget of Rs 425 crores, Shankar’s Telugu directorial debut project was a high-stakes venture. However, as per Pinkvilla, the Hindi version of the film managed to gross only Rs 39 crores. Globally, the movie’s total earnings are projected to fall short of Rs 200 crores, leaving a loss of Rs 175–225 crores.
