Kangana Ranaut introduces her dream Himalayan cafe; invites Deepika as her first guest

New Delhi: Adding another feather to her cap, actress Kangana Ranaut has announced her new café, The Mountain Story, located in the picturesque Himalayas. On Wednesday (January 6), she took to Instagram to introduce her new venture, The Mountain Story cafe, to her fans and followers.

Not only that, but she also shared an old video posted by a fan page on Instagram, in which Kangana is seen talking about opening a café years ago. Let’s delve into further details!

Kangana Ranaut invites Deepika Padukone

In the old clip from News18 Actresses Roundtable in 2013, Kangana Ranaut opened up about opening a cafe. When Rajeev Masand asked what they would be doing 10 years from then, the Emergency actress said, “I’d like to open a restaurant where I’d like to have the world menu. I’ve eaten all over the world, and I’m carrying amazing recipes. I’d like to have a very very beautiful, little cafeteria somewhere. I’m very good with food.” Deepika, who was also part of the roundtable, immediately responded, “I’ll be your first client.”

Sharing the clip, Kangana wrote, “If walking the talk had a face ha ha it would be me… also @deepikapadukone you promised to be my first client.”

Kangana introduces The Mountain Story

Unveiling the first look of the café, Kangana Ranaut is welcomed by the staff, who are dressed in traditional Himachali caps. The clip also shows cosy interiors, featuring lamps, cosy corners, a fireplace, and scrumptious food. It also showcases a delicious Himachali thali that will remind you of ‘Maa ki rasoi’. The café is set to open to the public on February 14.
