Guru Randhawa sustains injuries on Shaunki Sardar’s sets: ‘My spirit remains unbroken…’

New Delhi: Singer and actor Guru Randhawa was admitted to the hospital after sustaining major injuries. According to Randhawa, he got hurt while performing a stunt for his upcoming film, Shaunki Sardar. For those unaware, Shaunki Sardar, a highly anticipated film with Nimrat Ahluwalia, is set to release on May 16.
On February 23, Guru Randhawa took this major update to his Instagram account to share with his fans and followers. Here is what he had to say.

Sharing a picture of him in a hospital bed, the actor was seen wearing a cervical collar and a bandage covering his head. While speaking about his injury, Guru Randhawa wrote, “My first stunt, my first injury, but my spirit remains unbroken. A memory from the sets of Shaunki Sardar movie. Bahut mushkil kamm aa action waala but will work hard for my audience.”

Randhawa’s accident surprises many, considering his successful music career with hits like Lahore, Patola, and High Rated Gabru.
