New Delhi: Filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya is all set to make his OTT debut with the web series, Bada Naam Karenge, which is scheduled to premiere on SonyLIV in February 2025. The coming-of-age Hindi show is directed by Palash Vaswani and is produced by Sooraj Barjatya. The film explores the complexities of Gen-Z relationships.

As Sooraj Baarjatya is set to make his OTT debut, let’s explore the details of the upcoming web series. For the unversed, the 60-year-old filmmaker is known for his blockbuster hit films, Hum Aapke Hain Koun, Maine Pyar Kiya, and Hum Saath-Saath Hain, Vivaah and Uunchai, among others.

According to the Indiatimes report, the new web series, Bada Naam Karenge, will premiere on SonyLIV on February 7, 2025. SonyLIV, the online streaming platform, took to Instagram to announce the official release date of the show. Sharing the trailer of the web series, they wrote in the caption, “Experience the magic of love, family and togetherness with Rajshri Productions’ OTT debut, Bada Naam Karenge. Bada Naam Karenge plot

The new web series, Bada Naam Karenge, revolves around Rishabh and Surbhi, whose arranged marriage takes a dramatic turn when their past resurfaces. The couple tries to figure out their dreams and goals, while also trying to keep the family traditions intact. With playful moments and challenges, the newlyweds embark on a new journey navigating the complexities to build a bond beyond expectations.
