Anupamaa spoilers: Moti Baa’s last wish puts Anupama in a fix – will Prem and Rahi agree?

New Delhi: In Anupamaa‘s latest episode, scheduled to air on January 30, 2024, the viewers saw Rahi and Vasundhra (Moti Baa) having a dramatic confrontation regarding the former’s future as a Kothari daughter-in-law. While the Shah family were on a casual dinner at the Kotharis, Moti Baa surprisingly performed Rahi and Prem’s roka ceremony. She declares accepting Rahi as a daughter-in-law, but Rahi refuses. Rahi explains that she wishes to help Anupama grow her business and become stable before getting married. But, Parag and Baa do not seem too happy about it.

Baa immediately begins criticising Anupama and demeaning the Shah family. She questions Anupama’s complicated relationship with the Shahs and Kapadias. However, Rahi stood up for both Anupama and Prem who were at the receiving end of the Kotharis insults.

Anupama comes to Rahi’s defence as the Kotharis rain down insults at her. She explains that a woman needs to be independent in today’s era. However, Baa retaliates that the Kotharis have no need to work for a living. Anupama snaps back that times can change at any moment, so it is very important to have a backup. Prem agrees, but this quickly leads to an argument between him and Parag. The Kotharis call Anupama a failed mother who will also drag her daughter’s life down with hers. Anupama stands shocked at such cruel words.

In the precap, Parag puta Baa in a position where she is forced to choose between him and Prem. As her health worsens, she requests Prem to fulfil her dream of seeing her grandson married before her death. She calls Anupama to convince Rahi and Prem to marry each other. Will Anupama manage to change Rahi and Prem’s minds? Will Baa’s dying wish be fulfilled in the near future?
