New Delhi: In a shocking incident, actor Saif Ali Khan was stabbed nearly six times by an unidentified attacker during the wee hours on Thursday (January 16). The Race actor is currently admitted to the Lilavati Hospital where he underwent surgery and is reportedly out of danger.

During the attack, Saif had two deep cuts, with one close to his spine, according to police. As per police, the attacker entered Saif Ali Khan’s Bandra home at around 3:30 am. The accused and Saif had a fight during which he was stabbed. At that time, Kareena Kapoor Khan and their two kids, Taimur and Jeh, were also present at the house. After the tragic incident, a probe was launched by the Mumbai Police to trace the accused and arrest him. The attack on the actor came months after two men on a bike opened fire outside Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra. The accused allegedly belonged to the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang.
