Sushant lost his mother at a very young age. To honour her memory, he decided to pursue a heartfelt gesture. According to a TV9 Hindi report, Sushant got a tattoo on his back as a tribute to his late mother. His sister Priyanka played a significant role in helping him with the same. While Sushant initially considered getting the tattoo on his neck, he later decided that his back was the ideal spot for getting inked.

The report further states that, in the past, Sushant took to social media to share details about his tattoo. He disclosed that the design depicted a mother and her child growing in the womb. He highlighted that the tattoo symbolises ‘five elements and my mother and me’.
