Sonakshi Sinha sells luxurious Bandra flat for Rs 22 crore, makes MASSIVE profit

New Delhi: Sonakshi Sinha is settling down in her happily married life with Zaheer Iqbal. This has brought quite a change in the actress’ life. Reports suggest that Sonakshi Sinha planned on selling her apartment which was essentially a chill pad before she got married. Sonakshi explained that while she lived with her parents previously, this now-sold apartment was a place for work meetings and parties.

Well, after the wedding, reports suggest that Sonakshi has sold this apartment to move into another one. That’s right, and it seems that the actress has made a massive profit from this sale. Here is what we know.

Sonakshi Sinha sells Bandra apartment

As per the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, Sonakshi Sinha sold her Bandra apartment for Rs 22 crore. The report further states that the house had a carpet area of approximately 4,211 sq ft, and it included three parking spaces.

For context, the actress bought the apartment located on the 16th floor of 81 Aureate in Bandra West in March 2020 for Rs 16 crore. Paying Rs 1.35 crore in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees, the apartment was successfully sold for a whopping Rs 22.50 crore. It is stated that after selling the flat for Rs 22, the value of the house has increased by 61 per cent in the last five years. According to the documents, the flat has been sold to Richi Bnasal, a Delhi-based individual.

An ETimes report claims that Sonkashi’s decision was connected to Zaheer. It claimed that Sonakshi had bought a bigger apartment in a building that Zaheer was developing. There is no confirmation regarding these particular details from Sonakshi, Zaheer or any other official websites. This is an interesting sale as Sonakshi Sinha is now the fourth Bollywood celeb who has sold a massive property in the last month.
