Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

• Nationality: Applicants must be Indian citizens.
• Educational Qualifications: Degrees must be recognized by the Government of Kerala.
• Minimum Marks: A minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
• Experience: Varies by role, ranging from 6 months to 10 years.

Age Limit

• Software Architect, Senior System Admin, Senior Software Engineer: 32–40 years.
• Software Engineer: 25–40 years.
• Junior Developer (PHP): 21–30 years.

Age relaxation may apply as per government norms.

Position-Specific Qualifications

1. Software Architect
   • Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (ECE, CS, IT, EEE), MCA, M.Sc (CS).
   • Experience: 7 years in software development, 3 years as a software architect.
   • Skills: Proficiency in Java, PHP, microservice architectures, cloud technologies, and UML modeling.
2. Senior System Admin
   • Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (ECE, CS, IT, EEE), MCA, M.Sc (CS).
   • Experience: 10 years in IT, 4 years in Linux environments.
   • Skills: Linux administration, virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Python, Shell).
3. Senior Software Engineer
   • Education: Same as above.
   • Experience: 6 years in Java/J2EE technologies.
   • Skills: Expertise in JavaScript, REST, Hibernate, and Spring frameworks.
4. Software Engineer (Java)
   • Education: Same as above.
   • Experience: 3 years in Java/J2EE technologies.
   • Skills: Core Java, JSP, Hibernate, Spring.
5. Junior Developer (PHP)
   • Education: Same as above.
   • Experience: 6 months in PHP development.
   • Skills: Knowledge of PHP frameworks, REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
