Eligibility Criteria for RLDA Recruitment 2025

For JGM (Civil):

• Must be working on analogous posts OR
• Group ‘A’ officer in Pay Level 13/12 (IRSE cadre) of Indian Railways OR
• Civil Engineering Officers with 9 years of Group ‘A’ service in Central/State Govt., PSUs, or statutory authorities.

For DGM (Civil):

• Must be working on analogous posts OR
• Group ‘A’ or Group ‘B’ Gazetted officer in Pay Level 12/11 from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways, Central/State Govt., PSUs, or statutory authorities.
• Education:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ service OR
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in Planning & Execution of Land/Estate projects.
• Knowledge of Tendering and Land Management.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
