Raj Tarun-Lavanya Chowdary case: YouTuber arrested; over 300 private videos found

New Delhi: Raj Tarun and Lavanya Chowdary have been making headlines over their strained relationship and legal battle. In the latest development, the Hyderabad Police have arrested a YouTuber named Mastan Sai after Lavanya testified and provided evidence. According to TV9 Telugu’s report, hundreds of private videos of women have been found in his possession.

Earlier, Lavanya accused Raj Tarun of cheating on her on the pretext of marriage along with the allegations of forcing her to abort their child and infidelity, among other allegations. She even claimed that Mastan Sai was the reason behind her split with Raj. Let’s delve into further details!

Lavanya Chowdary and Raj Tarun case

In her statement to Hyderabad Police, Lavanya Chowdary accused Mastan Sai of recording private videos of girls and blackmailing them. She said that he had recorded her private videos, as well. As per the RTV report, police have found over 300 private videos on a hard disk, which were provided by Lavanya. She also accused Raj of cheating on her with his co-star Malvi Malhotra.

As per Telugu Scribe, Mastan Sai is a YouTuber who allegedly targets women under the guise of love and marriage.
However, Mastan denied having any private videos on his hard disk and claimed that Lavanya had deliberately framed him in the case.

Lavanya and Raj Tarun’s ugly public feud

Last year, Lavanya filed a case against Raj Tarun, Malvi Malhotra, her brother and their associates for threatening her. In her complaint, she accused Raj of cheating on her, threatening her, and forcing her to abort their child.

Earlier, in an interview with TV9, Lavanya alleged that she and Raj were “married” but they told their families three months later. She told the publication, “We are married, our families know it but he’s been trying to be rid of me. We’ve been together for 11 of the 15 years we’ve known each other. I don’t want his money, I knew him before he had any. Malvi won’t admit it, but they’re having an affair. He left me for her. It is true I know a man named Mastan, it’s also true I was imprisoned in a drugs case but it has nothing to do with this.”

However, Malvi refuted all allegations of affairs and harassment against her. The police are currently investigating the case.
