Prabhas transforms into fierce Rudra in Kannappa first look poster: See here

New Delhi: Telugu star Prabhas has a string of releases coming after the success of his 2024 hit Kalki 2898 AD. Today, we will update you on one particular project starring the Baahubali actor. The makers have given fans the first look of the actor from Vishnu Manchu’s Kannappa.

On Monday, the film’s makers revealed the first-look poster of Prabhas as Rudra. The striking poster features the Telugu star disguised as a hermit in the guise of a hermit, with chandan (sandalwood) smudged on his forehead. He held a crescent moon staff that indicates divine power. The text on the poster read, “He is the raging storm, the guide through times past and future, he is ruled by Lord Shiva’s command!”

Sharing the poster on his official Instagram handle, Prabhas wrote, “The Divine Guardian Rudra. Unveiling my look as ‘Rudra’. The embodiment of strength and wisdom as the unwavering protector in #Kannappa. A timeless journey of devotion, sacrifice, and love. Join us on this epic adventure, coming to theatres on April 25, 2025! #HarHarMahadev.”

Previously, the makers had revealed a poster featuring Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva, marking his debut in Telugu cinema. Now, with Prabhas unveiled as Rudra, excitement has reached new heights. Adding to the buzz, the film’s teaser—presented at the Cannes Film Festival by Vishnu Manchu, Mohan Babu and Prabhu Deva—has left fans eager for more.
