Neena Gupta takes holy dip at Mahakumbh to seek blessings for upcoming film

New Delhi: People from all over the world are travelling to India to attend the holy festival of Mahakumbh 2025 in Prayajraj, UP. Devotees and spiritual individuals take a dip at the Triveni Sangam to wash away their sins. The large-scale event has seen quite a lot of Indian and international celebs’ attendance.

Recently, actress Neena Gupta was spotted at the Mahakumbh. While speaking to the media, she explained her experience and praised the government for organising such a massive event. Here is what the actress had to say.

Neena Gupta visits Mahakumbh in hopes of Vadh 2’s success

While speaking to ANI, Neena Gupta explained that this festival has been on her bucket list for quite a while. Finally, she decided to tick it off and visit in 2025. After taking a dip, Neena was speechless at the ‘crazy’ atmosphere at the gathering. She further revealed that her main goal for her visit was to seek blessings for her upcoming film, Vadh 2, a sequel to the 2022 film Vadh. Halfway through filming, Neena thought it would be best to add blessings to her project.

“I have never seen a bigger gathering in my life… I am impressed by the government for organising such a huge event. Thank you for preparing such an event on this level. I would hope everyone visits this place, if not this time, next time the arrangements might be even better.” Neena has yet to fully actualise her visit and hopes to remember the experience forever.
