Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the IEPF Consultant Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Retired Central Government Officers at the level of Section Officer (SO) (Level-10) and Under Secretary (US)/Assistant Director (AD) (Level-11).
• Candidates should have experience in:
  • General administration, procurement through GeM, and processing vendor bills.
  • Handling RTI, public grievances, and inter-ministerial matters.
  • Legal & policy work, including drafting of court case responses (LLB degree with 3 years of experience in handling court cases preferred).
  • Preparation of annual accounts, financial reconciliation, and audit reports.
  • Policy-related work in finance or corporate laws, with experience in securing approvals from the Law Ministry.

Age Limit:

• Applicants should not be more than 63 years old as of the last day of the calendar month in which they submit their application.

Salary & Allowances for IEPF Recruitment 2025

• Remuneration: Last drawn basic pay minus basic pension.
• For non-government employees: Pay will not exceed the Level-10 pay matrix, with Transport Allowance (TA) as applicable.
• Other Benefits:
  • Local conveyance for official purposes.
  • Official email ID, identity card, and internet access.
• No additional allowances or accommodation will be provided.

Working Hours & Leave Policy

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday). May require working on weekends if necessary.
• Leave: 1.5 days per completed month (maximum 18 days per year). Unused leave does not carry forward.

Contract Period

• The initial engagement is till April 30, 2025, with an extension possible based on performance and organizational requirements.
• Consultants cannot take up other assignments during the tenure.

Selection Process

• Screening Committee & Selection Committee will review applications and shortlist candidates based on eligibility.
• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation.
