New Delhi: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was stabbed six times by an assailant in the early hours of Thursday (January 16) after the actor got in a scuffle with him at his Bandra residence. Who rushed Saif Ali Khan to hospital?

According to Mumbai Police, Ibrahim Ali Khan, the elder son of Saif Ali Khan, and a member of the actor’s staff, brought the actor to the Lilavati Hospital around 3-3:30 am on Thursday (January 16). Since there was no driver available at that point in time, he was brought in an auto-rickshaw. However, Saif’s manager refuted the claims, saying that the house help accompanied the actor to the hospital.

According to News18 report, a source said, “Neither Ibrahim nor Taimur. House help took the actor to hospital in an auto-rickshaw”.

Saif Ali Khan was reportedly attacked with a 2.5-inch knife by the unidentified attacker. The first picture of the attacker has been released from CCTV camera and the reason for entering the house was robbery. The accused gained access to the Khan’s residence and used stairs to climb up the floors housing their apartments. He then used the fire escape to enter the building. One of the house help spotted him first and screamed when Saif Ali Khan tried to fight him. When he asked the attacker what he wanted, he demanded Rs 1 crore.
