‘I won’t let anyone break homes’: Sunita clarifies her ‘not living with Govinda’ remark

New Delhi: Sunita Ahuja, wife of actor Govinda has now clarified her statement about living separately from her husband. For those who don’t know, earlier in an interview with Hindi Rush, Sunita revealed that she resides in an apartment with her kids, while Govinda lives in a bungalow across the street.

Govinda and Sunita met at her sister’s house, where he stayed for three years. She once revealed in an interview with ETimes that she fell in love with the actor when she was only 15. Recalling the days, she said they used to dance together and started dating eventually. At the age of 18, Sunita married Govinda.

Setting the record straight about her viral ‘living separately’ statement, Sunita Ahuja told Shirdi Today that nobody can separate them and she has a lot of fun with Govinda. She further added that there are people who want to break homes more than outsiders but she won’t let anyone do so. She also said, “I will win because Baba is with me.”

Sunita Ahuja’s advice for women

She went on to share a piece of advice for women on handling relationships. She advised all women to take care of their men, adding, “Men are like cricket – sometimes good, sometimes bad. I have always told women to hold their men in their hands like I have. If you can’t hold them, hit them.”

Earlier Sunita said in a conversation with Hindi Rush that when she met Govinda, she had a tomboyish appearance but the actor wanted her to wear sarees all the time. She also mentioned that she never liked him because “he was very backward” but still initiated the relationship as he was “scared to touch women”.
