GOA PSC Recruitment 2025: The Goa Public Service Commission (GOA PSC) has announced the recruitment for the posts of Mamlatdar/Joint Mamlatdar/Vigilance Officer and Principal under Advertisement No. 02/2025.

Eligibility Criteria for GOA PSC Recruitment 2025

1. Mamlatdar/Joint Mamlatdar/Vigilance Officer
   • Number of Posts: 3 (1 reserved for ST, 2 Unreserved; 1 post reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) with locomotor disability, including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims, and muscular dystrophy)
   • Department: Personnel Department
   • Pay Scale: As per the pay matrix Level-7
   • Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years
   • Essential Qualifications:
     • Degree in Law from a recognized university
     • Knowledge of local revenue laws, laws governing maintenance of law and order, planning, and development works
     • Knowledge of Konkani
   • Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of Marathi
2. Principal at Goa College of Art
   • Number of Posts: 1 Unreserved
   • Department: Directorate of Technical Education
   • Pay Scale: As per pay matrix Level-14 (₹37,400-67,000 + Grade Pay ₹10,000; pre-revised)
   • Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years
   • Essential Qualifications:
     • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Degree and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch
     • At least two successful Ph.D. guidances as supervisor/co-supervisor and a minimum of eight research publications in Science Citation Index (SCI) journals or those approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
     • Minimum of fifteen years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least 3 years at a post equivalent to that of Professor
     • Knowledge of Konkani
   • Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of Marathi

Interested candidates must apply online through the GPSC website https://gpsc.goa.gov.in or the Government of Goa portal https://cbes.goa.gov.in. It is essential to read the “Instructions” available on the Commission’s website before filling out the application form.

Application Fee Payment

• Online Payment:
  • Make the payment online.
  • Download the e-receipt showing the successful transaction status.
• Offline Payment:
  • Generate an e-challan.
  • Make a cash payment at any State Bank of India (SBI) branch located in Goa on or before the last date.
  • Ensure the bank stamps the e-challan.
  • Submit the stamped e-challan to the Commission’s office on or before the application submission deadline.

Selection Process for GOA PSC Recruitment 2025

Possession of the prescribed essential qualifications does not automatically entitle candidates to be called for an interview. If the number of applications received is large, the Commission will shortlist candidates as per the “Instructions” available on their website.
