Former Bigg Boss Kannada 11 contestant Jagadish fatally attacked; probe underway

New Delhi: Former Bigg Boss Kannada 11 contestant, Jagdish, who is a lawyer by profession, has been reportedly attacked near his residence in Bengaluru. The assault left him injured and bleeding. It is suspected that the assault is related to a previous altercation that occurred the day before. Lawyer Jagdish has claimed that hundreds of individuals were involved in the attack.

Following the incident, Jagdish was rushed to the hospital by the Kodigehalli police. He further recorded a video questioning the state of law and order. He further claimed that his gunmen fired shots into the sir to dia[perse the mob and prevent further violence.

It is speculated that the conflict may have originated from a dispute over the installation of the Annam Devi deity near the Kodigenalli More Junction. Local residents had placed the deity on the road, leading to a blockade. Jagdish then confronted the locals regarding the setup, which escalated into a scuffle. During the fight, his vehicle was also vandalised. The next day of the attack, tensions flared again, which ended with an attack on the former Bigg Boss Kannada contestant.

Now, Jagdish has filed a complaint in connection with the attack and police are currently investigating the matter. The police are working to determine the exact sequence of events and the individuals involved in the attack. Jagadish also shared a live video on Facebook, showing his blood-soaked face.

Who is Jagadish Kumar?

Jagadish Kumar is a senior advocate from Karnataka, who gained fame through his stint on Bigg Boss Kannada Season 11. In February 2022, an FIR was filed against him and others for creating a chaotic situation in the court [premises. During his stint inside the Bigg Boss house, he was involved in a significant altercation, which escalated to a physical fight. The incident also led to his eviction.
