• Reporting Time: 9.15 A.M. to 11.00 A.M.
• Interview Venue: Administration Office situated on the 6th Floor of ESIC Model Hospital, Nanda Nagar, Indore.

To appear for the interview, candidates should bring a duly filled application form in the prescribed format as per Annexure-A along with proof of age (date of birth), educational qualification, State/MCI Medical Council Registration, one set of self-attested Xerox copies of experience certificates and 2 recent passport size color photographs.
