New Delhi: The internet is in an uproar after attending day 1 of Coldplay’s Ahmedabad concert on January 2025. After months of anticipation, fans could see the Music of the Spheres India tour in person. the frontman of the band, Chris Martin is known for his laidback attitude and easygoing nature.

Even before the concert, the musician had an interesting arrival that went viral on the internet. Coldplay’s official Instagram account shared a delightful behind-the-scenes moment that shows Chris’s passenger princess moment sitting behind a fan’s scooter. Get all the details inside.

The video shows Chris Martin in a casual comfy attire with a black t-shirt, olive green shorts, and white shoes. The musician was seen beaming sitting behind a fan’s white scooter. As the fan sped up on an empty street, Chris’ voice echoed “What the heck!” with a caption that announced his arrival in Ahmedabad.

Coldplay Ahmedabad concert

On Coldplay’s Ahmedabad concert Day 1, Chris surprised his fans with a broken Gujarati greeting, “Kem Cho Ahmedabad… Aaap sabka bahot swagat hai. Ahmedabad mein aakar bahut khushi ho rahi hai.” With the largest cricket stadium in the world, Narendra Modi Stadium, the band performed for the largest crowd ever, and the energy was unmatched.

Fans were over the moon as they witnessed healing songs such as Yellow and Fix You. Despite the high-priced tickets, accommodations and travel, at the end of the day, the magical once-in-a-lifetime experience seemed all worth it.

As for Day 2, the tickets go live at 1 PM while the waiting rooms open at 12:45 PM. Once the ticket sale begins, each individual will be assigned a position in the queue through automated queue randomisation. It is to be noted that a user can book a maximum of 4 tickets across all Ahmedabad shows.
