New Delhi: Legendary filmmaker James Cameron’s Avatar 3: Fire and Ash is one of the highly-anticipated films. Now, in a recent interview, the filmmaker has dropped a hint about how it may defy the expectations of the audience as it is not something they “signed up for”.

In an interview with Empire Magazine, James Cameron said that Avatar 3: Fire and Ash will not be what people expect. He told the publication, “It’s a tricky thing and we could be getting high on our own supply”, adding that everyone who looks at it goes, “That’s not what I signed up for”. He further said that if you are not making brave choices, then you are wasting everybody’s time and money. He also said, “hat alone is not sufficient to create success, but it’s necessary. You’ve got to break the mold every fricking time.”

He also shared that people can look forward to high-intensity situations, where audiences will be taken to places they won’t expect. Spilling some beans on the progress of the movie, he said that they have got some “really clever action-set pieces”, adding, “You can get your blood up in this movie.” He also shared that he has doubled the number of shots finished at this stage of the game “than we had on movie two [and] the films are about equal length.”, putting them well ahead of the curve. He said, “We’re getting to the point where we’re actually getting good at this”.
