Qualification Details

Generalist

Candidates must have a Graduation/Post-graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 60% marks (for UR/OBC/EWS) and 55% marks (for SC/ST/PwBD) in either of the degrees.

Actuarial

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Economics, or Operations Research with at least 60% marks (UR/OBC/EWS) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD) or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline with the same percentage criteria and credit of a minimum 2 papers from the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI)/IFoA (UK).

Information Technology (IT)

Candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (UR/OBC/EWS) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD). Additionally, candidates should have expertise in at least one essential IT skill such as Software Development, Network Administration, System Administration, or Information Security.

Age Limit Details (as of 01.12.2024)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Salary Details

• During the training period, selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ₹60,000 per month.
• Upon successful completion of training, Management Trainees will be absorbed as Administrative Officers (Scale I) with a starting basic pay of ₹50,925/- along with additional allowances.
