The educational qualifications, and age limit required for CIL recruitment are detailed below.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Electrical and Instrumentation/Electronics/Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering/Power Engineering/Electrical and Power Engineering and Technology/Mechanical Engineering or any other branch of Engineering.

Minimum Work Experience:

• Minimum 25 years in various areas of policy/regulatory issues related to power generation, distribution, and thermal power.
