1. Executive Trainee (HR):
   • Full-time MBA in HR or Master’s/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management from an AICTE-approved university.
   • Minimum 65% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS and 60% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
   • Must have appeared in UGC NET-June 2024 in Labour Welfare/HR Management (Paper Code: 55).
2. Executive Trainee (CSR):
   • Full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Rural Management from an AICTE-approved university.
   • Minimum 65% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS and 60% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
   • Must have appeared in UGC NET-June 2024 in Social Work (Paper Code: 10).
3. Executive Trainee (PR):
   • Full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising & Communication Management, or Public Relations from an AICTE-approved university.
   • Minimum 65% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS and 60% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
   • Must have appeared in UGC NET-June 2024 in Mass Communication and Journalism (Paper Code: 63).

• Maximum age: 29 years (as of the last date of application).
• Age relaxation as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

Salary Details

• Pay Scale: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/- (Pay Matrix Level-10 as per 7th CPC).
