Eligibility Criteria

To apply for these posts under BEL Recruitment 2025, candidates need to meet certain eligibility criteria related to age, education, and experience.

Educational Qualification:

Trainee Engineer-I:

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc. Engineering (4 years) from a recognized university in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related fields.
• No experience required.

Project Engineer-I:

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc. Engineering (4 years) from a recognized university in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related fields.

Project Engineer-I (Computer Science):

Age Limit:

The age limit for each post is as follows:

• Trainee Engineer-I: The maximum age is 28 years.
• Project Engineer-I: The maximum age is 32 years.

Age Relaxation:

• For SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation.
• For OBC-NCL candidates: 3 years relaxation.
• For PwBD candidates: 10 years additional relaxation.

Salary and Benefits:

Trainee Engineer-I:

• Rs. 30,000/- for the 1st year
• Rs. 35,000/- for the 2nd year
• Rs. 40,000/- for the extension year (3rd year)

Project Engineer-I:

• Rs. 40,000/- for the 1st year
• Rs. 45,000/- for the 2nd year
• Rs. 50,000/- for the 3rd year
• Rs. 55,000/- for the extension year (4th year)

In addition to the salary, candidates will receive a consolidated amount of Rs. 12,000/- per year towards expenses like insurance premium, attire allowance, etc.

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2025

Trainee Engineer-I: Selection will be based on a written test only. The test will be for 100 marks with negative marking (¼ marks for each wrong answer).

Project Engineer-I: Selection will involve a written test followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.

The written test and interview will be held at Kotdwara.
