New Delhi: Lalit Modi, the founder and former chairman of the Indian Premier League (IPL), introduced his new love to the world on Valentine’s Day 2025, confirming his breakup with actress Sushmita Sen. In his post, he did not reveal the name of his ladylove but shared several photos with her. However, she commented on the post, “Love You more”. When we dug a bit more, we found her Instagram account. Her name is Rima Bouri. But, much information is not available on her yet.

In 2022, Lalit Modi took the internet by storm when he shared mushy pictures with Sushmita Sen. In fact, he even changed his Instagram bio, mentioning that he was starting a new life with his partner in crime and “love” Sushmita Sen. After the pictures went viral, several people called her a “gold digger”.

Taking to Instagram, 61-year-old Lalit Modi shared a montage video to mark Valentine’s Day with his new ladylove. In the post, he revealed that their friendship of 25 years turned into a relationship. The video shows the couple’s loved-up moments together.

He wrote in the caption, “Lucky Once – Yes. But I got lucky TWICE. When a 25-year friendship turns to LOVE 💞 😍🥰💕💞. It happened twice. Hope it does for you all too. #happyvalentinesday to you all.”

Soon after the post went viral, congratulatory messages started to pour in. One user wrote, “Super Happy for you @lalitkmodi I can see so much energy and happiness in you finally again🔥🙌❤️.”

While the other commented, “Happy for you Lalit.”

After a few months of Lalit Modi’s post confirming his relationship with Sushmita Sen, rumours started to swirl around about the duo’s breakup. Rumours sparked after Lalit Modi changed his Instagram bio and profile picture. He also removed all photos of Sushmita Sen.
