NBPGR Recruitment 2025 Post Details

(1) Junior Research Fellow

• Project Name – “Mining pearl-millet germplasm collection towards developing traits for low rancidity, high shelf life, and better nutrient profile”
• Vacancy – 01
• Educational Qualification – i) Postgraduate degree in Basic or Allied Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Material Science, Life Sciences)
  OR
  Graduate/postgraduate degree in professional courses like Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology.
  ii) Must have cleared NET/GATE or similar national-level exams conducted by organizations like DST, DBT, ICAR, etc.
• Age Limit – 35 years
• Pay Scale – Rs. 37000 + 27% HR

(2) Scientific/Administrative Assistant

(4) Scientific/Administrative Assistant

• Educational Qualification – BS 4-year program/ BPharm/ MBBS/Integrated BS-MS/MSc/BE/BTech or equivalent degree, with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test. Or Post Graduate Degree (with 55% marks) in Basic/Allied Sciences (Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Material Science/ Environment Science/ Any discipline of Life Sciences) OR Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course (Chemical Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Material Sciences etc.)
• Age Limit – 28 years
• Pay Scale – Rs. 37000+HRA

(8) Junior Research Fellow
