The other three, all from Kalaiya district in southern Nepal have been identified as Brij Kishor Giri, Ashish Singh and Umesh Kumar Kurmi.
NIA will send a team to Nepal to interogate Hoda, who has been detained from the Tribhuvan International Airport.
A case has also been registered in Bara Dsitrict Court against Hoda for being the mastermind of a twin murder in Bara district of Nepal, as per Nepal police sources.
Hoda and three other accused criminals have been to deported to Nepal by Nepal Police from Dubai in coordination with the Interpole and would be working closely with Indian Police for their alleged involment in criminal activities in India.
The three accused were paid Rs.Three Lakh by a Nepali national who had connections with Hoda, Bihar police sources.
